FASCINATING, FUN AND FREE:
International Women’s Day in Chesham - Saturday 8th March, 2pm( for 2.30) to 4.30 pm
Come along and meet women from a range of international backgrounds who will share their education and career choices and challenges. If you are starting out on a first career, planning a new one or interested in the insights shared by our speakers, this free community event is perfect for you. Our speakers are successful local women in business and education with international careers and fascinating stories to tell. You will have the chance to raise questions and explore issues that women and girls frequently face in pursuing their goals. Find out how and why we make key (and often difficult) decisions, and achieve the changes needed to make the most of opportunities.
We are meeting at the White Hill Centre, White Hill, Chesham, on Saturday 8th March. Come at any time from 2 pm (presentations and discussion from 2.30 pm) and be inspired! Refreshments will be provided, and both the bar lounge and lecture room are wheelchair accessible. Reserving a place is recommended, via the link below.
Hosted by Rachel Dineley, Diversity Officer of Chesham & Amersham Liberal Democrats, everyone is welcome, whether pursuing a career or intrigued to learn more.
